Appointments

Appointments can be made by telephoning 01942 482330 or by calling in at the surgery. Routine appointments may be made in advance which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements. 

Our telephone lines open at 8.00am Monday to Friday and are usually quite busy until about 10.00am.  If the nature of your call is not urgent we request that you contact us after 10.00am.

No patient is ever refused an appointment as we operate same day appointments and also pre-bookable appointment for both doctors and nurses.

Nurse Appointments

Appointments can be made at any time during surgery hours.

Telephone Advice

If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse in the practice, but you feel that a face to face consultation is not needed, you can book a telephone consultation.

These appointments can be booked if you want to speak to a doctor/nurse within 24 hours. 

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
